Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Normally order is shipped out within 1~2 business days after payment It excludes weekend and holidays. It can be faster or later according to product stock status, manufacturing issues and any other reasons.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, and it will be calculated automatically, depending on your location, shipping method and item weights.

Products from multiple-item orders will not be shipped individually. To save you money, your order will ship once all items from the same order are packaged together.

PACKING

Products are packed in bubble wraps and hard paper box basically.

- Small packet and K-Packet have 2 kg limitation per parcel so products can be packed in 2 or more parcels according to total product quantity (weight). Delivery time of each parcel may be different because of the local postal circumstance though they are under the same order.

- Packing stuff can be changed from Box to bubble bag due to product size and weight. Poster is packed in hard poster tube.

1. SMALL PACKET AIR MAIL

(a) Not Traceable. No Tracking Number.

(b) Common mail delivery by local post office at destination country thus sender cannot know where the shipment is until customer would receive it.

(c) Only 1 contact number would be mentioned on the shipment according to Korea postal service shipping policy.

(d) Shipment notification is emailed including photos of package to customer's account email after the package is dispatched.

(e) Normally takes 14 to 40 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched and can take longer due to the local postal service circumstances at destination country.

(f) Sender is not responsible for any damage or lost of small packet during delivery. Non-traceable shipment is not covered by insurance.


2. K-PACKET

(a) Traceable Type Small Packet Air Mail. With Tracking Number (LK*********KR, RE*********KR, LI*********KR).

(b) Only 1 contact number would be mentioned on the shipment according to Korea postal service shipping policy.

(c) Shipment notification is emailed including tracking number as photos to customer's account email after the package is dispatched. Tracking for shipment is available from the next business day of shipping.

(d) Normally takes 10 to 23 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched and can take longer due to the local postal service circumstances at destination country (take more than 60 days to some areas sometimes).

(e) Sender is not responsible for any damage or lost of K-Packet during delivery. Not covered by insurance.


3. EMS

(a) Traceable Express Mail. With Tracking Number (EG*********KR or EY*********KR).

(b) Only 1 contact number would be mentioned on the shipment according to Korea postal service shipping policy.

(c) Shipment notification is emailed including tracking number as photos to customer's account email after the package is dispatched. Tracking for shipment is available from the next business day of shipping.

(d) Normally takes 2 ~ 7 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched (can take more than 20 business days to some areas according to local postal service circumstances).

(e) Custom clearance and weekend are not included in delivery period.

(f) Only English letters are available for Brazil. Delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English.


4. EMS PREMIUM

(a) Traceable Express Mail. With Tracking Number (UP*********KR).

(b) Managed by Korea post and delivered by UPS courier at destination. Available for some a few countries which are not covered by common EMS service.

(c) Only 1 contact number would be mentioned on the shipment according to Korea postal service shipping policy.

(d) Shipment notification is emailed including tracking number as photos to customer's account email after the package is dispatched. Tracking for shipment is available from the next business day of shipping.

(e) Normally takes 2 ~ 7 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched (can take more than 20 business days to some areas according to local postal service circumstances).

(f) Poster would be folded though chosen unfolded poster option.

(g) Custom clearance and weekend are not included in delivery period.

(h) Only English letters are available for Brazil. Delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English.


5. DHL

(a) Traceable Express Courier Service. With Tracking Number (10 digits number).

(b) Only English letters are available. Delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English.

(c) Initial is not acceptable as recipient name (ex. John A., Sara B.) Full recipient name is mandatory.

(d) Shipment notification is emailed including tracking number as photos to customer's account email after the package is dispatched.

(e) Normally takes 2 ~ 4 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched (take up to 10 business days or more to some areas sometimes).

RETURN & EXCHANGE

For international delivery, Returning / Exchanging is not possible unless the received item is defective or wrongly delivered
In case of defect or wrong delivery
Please contact our 1:1 customer service center with following photos:
- Photo of the item you received
- Photo of the bar code labels attached on the box (attached label has order number, ID and name of item)
- Photo of Tracking number
